- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process for Returns

- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Process for Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Terms & Conditions
- Once the user places an order for an accessory, it will be delivered within 21 working days.
- This special offer is valid only till stocks last.
- Any manufacturing defect should be communicated to Valeria Premiums within 10 days of order receipt to be eligible for replacement.
- Once the order is placed for a product, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged with another product on the microsite.
