Terms and Conditions

Blue Dart/ DHL Terms & Conditions: 

  • Blue Dart / DHL will not be responsible for the products/services provided by Valeria Premiums. 
  • Blue Dart / DHL reserves the right to send promotional messages now or in the future to customers during the offer period. 
  • Blue Dart / DHL holds no responsibility to answer or assist with any of the listed product related queries/complaints. All such queries/complaints must be directly shared with Valeria Premiums. 
  • Blue Dart / DHL holds no responsibility for the delivery of these products. 
  • Blue Dart / DHL is the sole authority for the interpretation on the terms. 
  • The link to redeem these products will only be shared within 2-3 working days on successfully booking a shipment with Blue Dart / DHL. 
  • The link to redeem the products will only be valid during the offer period and no queries/requests to extend the same will be entertained. 
  • Blue Dart / DHL reserves the right to terminate the offer before the designated period, if needed, without any accord.  
  • Blue Dart / DHL reserves the right to revise/amend the Terms and Conditions during the offer period if needed without any prior notice 
  • All/Any dispute shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only. 
  • The Terms & Conditions of Valeria Premiums as mentioned below will also apply. 
Veleria Premiums Terms & Conditions: 

  • Once the user places an order for an accessory, it will be delivered within 21 working days.  
  • This special offer is valid only till stocks last.  
  • Any manufacturing defect should be communicated to Valeria Premiums within 10 days of order receipt to be eligible for replacement. 
  • Once the order is placed for a product, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged with another product on the microsite. 
  • Shipping & handling charges apply as per the product chosen on the microsite. 
  • Two schemes cannot be clubbed together. 
  • The selected product will be delivered only within India.

  • Please do not accept any material if the packaging is damaged or received broken. No queries in this regard will be entertained if you accept material with damaged packing.
